At present Pippa is a legal personal assistant for a law firm in Dublin, Matheson Ormsby Prentice, where she works for two solicitors and assist in their daily requirements, dealing with client queries, banks, emails, and documentation in the commercial property department, at weekends she work as a top hostess in a French brasserie, “Balzac”, meeting and greeting customers, showing them to their tables and taking reservations, ensuring the table plan is correct for the evening and the tables are set appropriately. She also works for a private catering company, waitressing and hosting parties and functions, which can vary from product launches to private dinner parties/birthdays/weddings.
Pippa is very professional, honest, hard working and well presented,she also has very good attention to detail, loving the interaction with customers offering the highest standard of customer service. She has dealt with cash handling on a daily basis, rotas, and is used to dealing with staff from chefs to cleaners. In preparation for her move to Morocco she is learning Frenchwith Alliance Francais in Dublin. She also has computer skills in Windows office 2000.
